Improved Take Ownership flow

With this release, the Company Administrators and Billing Administrators can Take Ownership of a product (within the same company) with a single click.

Previously, taking ownership of a product assigned to another Company Administrator or Billing Administrator required them to complete five steps on the Create Order page of the purchase flow. The process was time-consuming and not optimal, especially when customers were not purchasing a new subscription.
